Contemplative Meditation at IAC

Find Peace, Reflection, and Connection Through the Arts

At IAC, we offer a monthly mid-week opportunity for contemplative meditation—a sacred space where individuals from all backgrounds can come together to reflect, breathe, and find inner peace. This unique service brings together the arts, offering a blend of music, dance, and visual arts to create a spiritually enriching experience. It’s a place where those involved in IAC’s gallery, choir, and studio programs can share their work with the community, fostering meaningful connections through creative expression.

Contemplative Meditation at IAC is open to everyone—whether you have a deep spiritual practice or are simply seeking a moment of calm and reflection. The service is designed to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all, offering a space to belong, breathe, and broaden one’s sense of connection. Join us for an opportunity to center yourself in a supportive and creative community, where the arts inspire personal growth and communal healing.
